My name is Hannah R. M. Kerr and I am a Canadian author who loves fantasy and romance. I graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.A. in English literature and creative writing. My love of reading began in middle school when I became obsessed with dystopian books like Divergent, which is also what sparked my interest in the enemies to lovers trope (well actually, it probably started with Zane and Rikki from H2O). However, when I discovered fantasy, my crush on Tobias from Divergent took a back seat. Sorry Tobias, maybe if you had magic! (Spin-off @ Veronica Roth??). I immediately fell in love with the magical realms in these stories. The castles, the magic, dragons, swords, and of course the badass women that made me, a 16-year-old girl, think I too could be a magic-wielding assassin. Thankfully, I decided to settle with being a writer. I finished my first book ever in 2025 and I am so proud of myself for achieving this life-long dream.
